What is ShipPilot?
ShipPilot gives you autonomous AI coding agents that run in isolated cloud sandboxes. You command them from chat (Slack, Telegram, Discord) or the web dashboard, and they work on your code and report back.
Do I need my own API key?
During your 7-day trial you can use ShipPilot-funded free credits to get started. After that, ShipPilot is bring-your-own-key (BYOK): you add your own Anthropic and/or OpenAI API key, which is stored encrypted and used only inside your sandboxes.
How do I connect Slack, Telegram, or Discord?
Open the dashboard, go to the integrations/connections section, and follow the prompts to link your chat platform. Once connected, you can command your agents by messaging the ShipPilot bot in that platform.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and your subscription won't auto-renew after that.
Is my code and data private?
Yes. ShipPilot is BYOK — model calls use your own API key under your own provider account. Each agent run executes in an isolated, per-run sandbox, and your stored keys are encrypted at rest. See our Privacy Policy for details.
